About me

A compassionate, culturally informed approach to ADHD coaching

Hi, I’m Edlin! I’m an ADHD coach with a background in school counseling, mental health advocacy, and training in neurodevelopmental disorders. I hold a master’s degree in school counseling from Cal State Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. I am a trainee at the UC Davis Mind Institute LEND program, focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and Autism. As someone with ADHD, I understand the challenges and strengths it brings and am dedicated to helping others manage their journeys. As a first-generation Mexican American and bilingual Spanish speaker, I bring a culturally informed perspective to my coaching. I am also earning my certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to ensure high standards in my practice. With experience in education and mental health, I provide tools and support tailored to each client’s ADHD needs.
